Tell us which account

Write from the email used for your Fondation Flow login when possible. Include that account email, your company or workspace name, and your preferred language.

If you cannot access that inbox, write from another address and say so. We will provide another reasonable identity-verification path.

Never send your password, verification code, complete payment-card number, or identity document in the first email.

We verify and process

Fondation Flow confirms the request and verifies that it comes from the account holder or an authorized person. We may ask for limited additional information through an appropriate channel.

Processing is completed within 30 days after we receive the request. We email you when processing is complete.

What the request deletes

After verification, Fondation Flow permanently deletes your Fondation Flow app account rather than merely deactivating it. We delete or anonymize the associated user profile, preferences, and personal information, except the specific records described below that must be retained or reassigned.

Uninstalling the Android or Apple app does not delete an account or server records.

What may be retained or reassigned

Company-controlled records—such as signed estimates or contracts, jobs, time records, accounting records, security events, and audit evidence—may be retained or reassigned only for a documented legal, accounting, security, dispute, record-integrity, or contractual obligation.

For an owner, another authorized owner may need to be designated first; the deletion team will guide that transfer through the same email request. Deleting one account does not automatically delete the company workspace, cancel its service agreement, or erase records belonging to other users or customers.
