Shared responsibilities
Who is responsible for what?
Fondation Flow
We protect account and service information under our control and safeguard information entrusted to the platform as a technology provider.
The customer company
The contractor determines most uses of customer, employee, and job records and must provide notices, manage consent, and configure appropriate access.
The individual
A customer, employee, or user may exercise rights through the company that created the record. We assist when information is held on that company’s behalf.
Reference framework
Designed for the Quebec and Canadian context.
Our practices are structured around applicable Quebec private-sector privacy law, PIPEDA where it applies, Canadian anti-spam legislation, and Quebec’s legal framework for technology-based documents.
