The employees, approved hours and pay-rate references already recorded in operations feed the preparation.
Quebec compliance preparation
CCQ and CNESST prepared without turning the contractor into a compliance clerk.
Flow checks what is present, shows what is missing and prepares a frozen working paper for the CCQ monthly report or CNESST annual wage statement. You or your payroll specialist reviews it and submits through the official service. This is not a complete CCQ, CNESST or occupational-health-and-safety compliance system.
Product page reviewed August 12, 2026
Flow points to incomplete company, employee, time or pay-reference information before a working paper is finalized.
Official calendars, exceptions, classifications and outside-payroll facts still require verification.
The preparation workflow
One next step at a time, from company setup to the official confirmation.
Set up the company once
Record whether CCQ and CNESST apply, employer numbers and the confirmations that require owner or payroll judgment.
Complete only missing employee details
Flow shows who is ready and who still needs a trade, occupation, region, wage schedule or CNESST classification.
Prepare the right period
Open the CCQ monthly preparation or CNESST annual preparation and review approved hours, employee references and warnings for that period.
Verify and submit officially
Download the working paper, submit through the proper official service, then record the confirmation without rewriting history.
Two preparations, one clear method
The monthly CCQ preparation and annual CNESST preparation stay distinct.
Fondation Flow keeps each period, source snapshot, working paper and confirmation history separate. Draft and review-stage preparations can move back for correction. Exported or externally confirmed records stay locked; corrected or amended submissions are not yet supported in Fondation Flow.
CCQ monthly preparation
Prepare employee work references, approved hours and review checks for use with the official monthly report.
CNESST annual preparation
Prepare approved-hour evidence, employee classification context and pay-rate references for use with the official wage statement.
Clear limits
The important boundary
- Fondation Flow prepares working information; it does not file directly with a government server.
- This workflow covers preparation for the CCQ monthly report and CNESST annual wage statement only, not every CCQ, CNESST or occupational-health-and-safety obligation.
- A preparation is not proof that CCQ or CNESST received or accepted a filing.
- Regulatory wages, deductions, contributions, remittances, exceptions, classifications and legal interpretation still require human review outside Fondation Flow.
- Fondation Flow is not a payroll, legal, accounting or occupational-health-and-safety firm.
Direct answers
Questions contractors and accountants ask.
The answer stays explicit when a feature has a human or official-service boundary.
Does Fondation Flow submit reports directly to CCQ or CNESST?
No. Flow prepares and freezes the working information. The contractor or authorized specialist verifies it and uses the official service to submit.
What does Flow check before a preparation?
It checks the configured company, applicable employee details, approved-time evidence, pay-rate reference coverage, the official period available in the platform and known missing items. It does not calculate regulatory or insurable wages.
Can a preparation be corrected?
A draft or review-stage preparation can move back for correction. Exported or externally confirmed records remain locked, and corrected or amended submissions are not yet supported in Fondation Flow.
Does this replace payroll or professional advice?
No. The company remains responsible for payroll, classifications, exceptions, remittances and professional review.
